Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at roadkill@usa.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will assess each case and may provide a replacement at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
